working principle:
The normal temperature air from the fan enters the desulfurization air electric heater. After heating, the air with a certain temperature is discharged and sent to the required equipment. There are two main aspects in FGD system
A. The utility model is used in the fluidized bed and the air circulating hopper method in the desulfurization engineering.
B. In limestone / lime gypsum desulfurization project, it is used to heat the sealing air of flue gas damper.
The equipment is composed of electric air heater and control system. The heating element is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel seamless tube as protective sleeve, 0cr27ai7mo2 high temperature resistance alloy wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which are formed by compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuit, integrated circuit trigger, high back pressure silicon controlled rectifier, etc. to form adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater.

(1) Free setting of air volume and temperature rise: the power of desulfurization air electric heater is ***ermined according to the calculation of air volume and temperature rise. On the premise that the air volume and temperature rise meet the needs, excessive air volume and temperature rise should not be adopted, and appropriate parameters should be ***ermined through reasonable design.
(2) Covering insulation layer on electric heater of desulfurization air: adding insulation layer on the surface of electric heater can reduce energy consumption by 5% ~ 10%. Long term operation, energy saving is very considerable.
(3) In order to generate low pressure loss of air through the heater for desulfurization, low pressure loss is required. The greater the pressure loss is, the greater the energy consumption of the fan is, and the pressure loss of the desulfurization air heater itself is relatively small. |
